Uses the highly efficient thermal conductivity of liquids (about 20 times bigger than that of gases) to the maximum extent. Reaches at -25C within 20 minutes (when the thickness of about 30mm of raw material)

* Safety and good sanitary condition
Use of ethanol, which is not dangeous, achieves both sagety and effective suppression of bacteria. Handling is also easier.

* Space savigns
Compact design. Convenient placement within kitchens is possible. Of course larger models are also avaialbe.
